The staff here is pleasant, and the view of the town and parking lots is particularly good, making it a decent spot for a short 1-night getaway.

The breakfast was above average and absolutely superb and there was good choice of good food. The room we booked was brand-new and romantic with balcony and swan towels, as for instance. Location: the hotel was close to public/shared beach and the night market and shops.

Location: the hotel was not far from shops, eatery and shopping, the beach like and Waterfront and restaurants. I got large and romantic room, it was included with jacuzzi, 2 single bed.

The family room was comfortable and exceeded expectations. Two toilets in the room. Amazing view from the rooftop infinity pool. Good condition gym. Friendly and helpful staff.
There was nothing I didn't like.

this hotel pleasantly surprised us with its value for money. The location was a highlight, being conveniently near the beach and various shops. It was a bonus to discover that it was just a short walk to the 7-11, ktv, and dining options. Additionally, the pool offered a great view which added to the overall ambience.
Minor improvements can be made in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Great surprise during my stay!
During my recent trip, I celebrated my cousin's 60th birthday at the Paradise Spa Hotel. To our delight, the hotel staff welcomed us with delicious cakes and fresh fruit. It was a lovely gesture that made the birthday girl feel special and appreciated. The rooms, bathroom, and linen were exceptionally clean, and we had a comfortable rest on the cozy pillows and mattresses. Plus, the close proximity to PD town and the Pasar Malam market was a definite bonus. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its thoughtful hospitality and convenient location.

Great rates and good location. Rooftop pool was great to keep kids busy. The breakfast spread was diverse.
Very basic amenities were provided. The air conditioning was uncomfortably positioned.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and maintenance were impressive, with proper upkeep of facilities such as the gym and pools. We also appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff who, upon our request, provided us with a double bed instead of two singles. Despite not being near the beach, this hotel is located close to the night market, which was a delight. Additionally, the breakfast provided was acceptable and tasty.

The breakfast was a great way to start the day with a good variety of options. the location was key, with plenty of amazing dining options nearby. I also appreciated the complementary parking and free WiFi which was very convenient.
The soundproofing of the rooms was very poor, and we could hear other guests and cleaning staff in the hallway and neighboring rooms. the staff did not seem to pay attention to the cleanliness of some of the amenities, such as the iron and kettle which had seen better days.
